Running in spite of motivation

It was hard to decide to run after celebrating my daughters birthday at cheesecake factory and missing runclub last night but I had to do it to feel better and it worked! Sometimes, you do what you don't feel and it works! :)

December begins!!

Yup December is here (I still want to know where the year went)!! We worked it out and finished successfully
